Building and Architecture Inspector

JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Building and Architecture Inspector to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all building projects comply with architectural plans, specifications, and safety regulations. You will work closely with construction teams, engineers, and project managers to perform detailed inspections, identify issues or discrepancies, and enforce corrective measures when necessary. This position offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the successful execution of diverse and impactful projects.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive inspections of building structures at various stages of construction to ensure compliance with approved plans and specificationsEvaluate the quality of work performed and the materials used to meet safety and building codesIdentify and document any deficiencies, non-conformities, or potential safety hazardsProvide recommendations for corrective actions and ensure they are executed effectivelyCollaborate with project teams to resolve architectural and construction-related issuesMaintain accurate records of inspections, reports, and communications with stakeholdersParticipate in project meetings and provide expert input on building inspectionsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in building inspection or a similar roleStrong understanding of building codes, construction standards, and architectural practicesProven ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specificationsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyProfessional certifications related to building inspections are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
