Job Description

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define business requirements and objectivesEvaluate and document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimizationTranslate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications and user storiesFacilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful delivery of solutionsConduct feasibility studies and impact analyses to assess the viability and potential risks of proposed solutionsProactively identify and resolve conflicts, issues, and risks that may impact project delivery or business outcomesCreate and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user acceptance criteriaSupport user acceptance testing (UAT) by collaborating with stakeholders to define test scenarios and reviewing test resultsAssist in the development of training materials and provide training to end users as neededStay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysisContribute to process improvement efforts and the development of business analysis frameworks and methodologiesProvide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts to support their professional developmentRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field5+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in software development projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategicallyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levelsExperience with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Agile/Scrum, Jira, or ConfluenceStrong knowledge of business analysis techniques, including requirements elicitation, process modeling, and use case developmentProficiency in creating clear and concise documentation, including requirements specifications and user storiesAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCertification in business analysis, such as CBAP or PMI-PBA, is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
