This end-to-end visibility reduces friction, minimizes delays, and increases resilience in your logistics network.Role OverviewThe Business Analyst will act as a strategic and operational partner to the COO and senior leadership team. The role focuses on:Codifying and optimizing core processesPreparing executive-level materialsGenerating actionable insights from dataStrengthening reporting and performance trackingIdentifying and removing bottlenecks in app/solution deploymentThis is a high-impact position at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution. The successful candidate will translate leadership priorities into structured processes, measurable KPIs, and operational improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Codification & SOP DevelopmentDocument and standardize NebXcore’s end-to-end processes across:Sales and contractingClient onboarding and deploymentSLA monitoring and exception managementOperational workflowsCustomer support and escalationDevelop clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure scalability and consistency.Continuously review and improve processes to reduce risk, inefficiencies, and friction points.Business–Technology Translation & Requirements StructuringAct as a business translator between business teams (Commercial, Operations, Customer Success) and technical teams throughout the technology development lifecycle.Gather, analyse and develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) clearly outlining Business objectives, Functional requirements, Process impacts and Success metrics and KPIsSupport prioritization of features and enhancements aligned with business impact.Collaborate with technical teams during development, testing, and deployment to match business alignment and ensure requirements fully meet before go-live.Analytics & Performance InsightsDevelop structured analytics and KPI monitoring frameworks across two core dimensions:App / Solutions PerformanceBuild dashboards tracking: Platform usage and adoption, Feature utilization, Client engagement, SLA compliance and uptimeIdentify adoption gaps, underutilized modules, and monetization opportunities.Provide data-driven recommendations to improve solution performance and prioritization.Operational PerformanceDefine and monitor KPIs such as Onboarding cycle time, Deployment progress and milestones, Exception rates and resolution time, SLA breaches and root cause trendsConduct structured root cause analysis on recurring issues.Recommend corrective and preventive actions to enhance scalability and reliability.Reporting & Deployment ExecutionDesign standardized reporting frameworks across Commercial, Digital, and Operations teams.Provide leadership with real-time visibility on deployment status and performance indicators.Identify bottlenecks in app/solution deployment (technical, process, resource, or client-side).Coordinate cross-functional resolution efforts and track progress to closure.Ensure smooth transition from deployment to steady-state operations.Executive Support & Strategic MaterialsPrepare high-quality executive presentations for Leadership and board meetings, Strategy reviews, Operational performance updatesStructure business cases, performance reports, and roadmap updates for the leadership team.Translate complex operational and technical information into clear, decision-oriented materials.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or related discipline.3–6 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, operations excellence, or transformation roles.Strong analytical skills and financial modeling capability.Proven experience in process design and KPI/dashboard development.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience in SaaS or platform-based environments is a strong advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
