Job Description

To generate and secure new business for a Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy firm in Saudi Arabia. The role is focused on identifying opportunities, approaching clients, negotiating consultancy fees, and closing service agreements.This is a revenue-driven position.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness GenerationIdentify new project opportunities within the Saudi construction and infrastructure sectors.Approach developers, contractors, and project owners directly.Generate qualified leads and convert them into signed consultancy agreements.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.Client AcquisitionConduct client meetings and commercial discussions.Present company services (Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Advisory).Negotiate fees and finalize consultancy contracts.Follow up consistently until deal closure.Track upcoming projects and tender announcements.Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends.Provide clear reporting on pipeline, prospects, and secured revenue.Requirements4–7 years’ experience in business development within construction, engineering consultancy, or professional services.Proven track record of closing consultancy/service contracts.Strong network within the Saudi construction market.Strong negotiation and commercial skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
