<div><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic<b>Business Development Executive (Telesales)</b>to support our Dubai operations for a next-generation recruitment platform serving businesses across the GCC and Asia. This work-from-home role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to begin a career in sales and business development within the recruitment and HR technology space.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce recruitment solutions</li><li>Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team</li><li>Understand client hiring needs and clearly explain service offerings</li><li>Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in CRM</li><li>Meet daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets</li><li>Build strong relationships with potential customers across the GCC region</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience</li><li><b>Native or fluent Arabic speakers</b>with strong English communication skills</li><li>Motivated and enthusiastic about building a career in sales and business development</li><li>Comfortable with telesales and outbound calling</li><li>Self-disciplined and able to work effectively in a work-from-home setup</li></ul><h3>Preferred Candidate Profile</h3><ul><li>Candidates on husbands or fathers visa will be given preference</li><li>Candidates residing in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) or Fujairah preferred</li><li>Native or fluent Arabic speakers with strong English communication skills</li><li>Interest in recruitment, HR services, or SaaS platforms</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
