Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive plays a vital role in driving growth and expanding the company's footprint by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the Business Development Manager in sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will actively engage with potential clients, understand their real estate needs, and align them with Meraki Group's offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Research and identify potential clients and market opportunities through various channelsClient Engagement: Conduct outreach to prospective clients via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present Meraki Group servicesMarket Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunitiesProposal Preparation: Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and other sales materials tailored to client needsFollow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential clients, documenting interactions in the CRM systemCollaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and support for client needsReporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation, client engagement, and market insights for management reviewRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a customer-facing role (real estate experience highly preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a knack for building relationshipsProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivationFluency in English; additional languages are a plusFemale and Hindi speaker PreferredBenefitsYou'll be part of a growing and professional team delivering high-impact infrastructure projects across the UAE.
