Business Development Manager - Consumer Electronics (WENA region)01/07/2026Location: United Arab EmiratesDetails: BDM Consumer Electronics is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of ASBIS’ Consumer Electronics product line portfolio across the WENA region.Minimum 2 years of successful experience in a similar role; experience in Consumer electronics and retail is mandatoryStrong understanding of sales methodologies, with experience working with leading retailers, online platforms, and distributorsProven knowledge of the consumer electronics retail and online landscape in the WENA region (mandatory)High level of English proficiencyStrong short- and long-term sales planning capabilitiesAbility to build and maintain long-term, productive relationships with partners and vendorsResults-oriented mindset with high stress tolerance, strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work, and the ability to make independent and responsible decisionsFunctionsImplement the distribution strategy for the product portfolio, including action plans for business and sales development, demand creation, and sell-out generation with assigned partners across the WENA region, on a country-by-country basisPrepare regular reports and maintain close communication with Vendors on all matters related to product development in the regionConduct sales planning by account, product category, and SKUManage ongoing communication and negotiations with partners, including order processing, new product listings, promotional agreements, and their implementationEnsure effective product merchandising and visibility across both offline and online channelsPrepare and maintain CRM and PSI reportsConduct market research covering assortment, pricing, listings, distribution, and other relevant areasImplement and regularly monitor listing plans for assigned partnersTake responsibility for assigned partners, including timely collection of paymentsPerform additional tasks related to business development as required by the marketWork closely with country sales teams across the WENA regionMonitor placed orders, ensure timely forecasting, and control warehouse stock levels and sales performanceWe offerOpportunity to work for a financially strong, fast-growing multinational companyConstant interaction with global teams of professionalsAccess to continuous professional development: training, certification programs, events, and team buildingsHealth insuranceCompetitive salary package and motivation schemeLife events’ gifts, corporate presents and awards, years of service bonusesThe consent for processing of personal data is given for the compliance with the requirements of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) No. 2016/679 of April 27th, 2016 of the European Parliament, the Council of the European Union and the European Commission and other applicable legislature in the field of personal data protection, and for my business communication with the Site.
