<div><h3>Cooling Service Business Development Manager – KSAYPB</h3><p>Drive the profitable growth of the Cooling Service business across KSABYP (air&liquid cooling), with a strong focus on data centers and mission‑critical environments.</p><p>The role accelerates Cooling Service Adoption to 100%, maximizes CAPEX‑to‑OPEX conversion, expands lifecycle service penetration, and ensures consistent Go‑to‑Market execution across countries—particularly within primary OEM ecosystems and C&SP customers.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities Area</h3><h3>Business Growth</h3><ul><li>Deliver Orders, Sales, and Gross Margin targets for KSABYP.</li><li>Cooling service Adoption Rate higher than 70% for Cooling overall and 100% on cooling (Greenfield)</li><li>Expand service penetration on the Installed Base: contracts, future digital services, spare parts, modernization.</li><li>Increase service attach on green-field (air&liquid cooling), adapting the tactics vs different customer business model</li><li>Build and deploy the Cooling Service Playbook by country/zone.</li></ul><h3>Go-to-Market&Sales Enablement</h3><ul><li>Implement&Deploy Cooling Service GTM across Sales, Service, and Channel teams.</li><li>Focus on strategic verticals (hyperscale, colo, OEM in particular).</li><li>Support pricing discipline and value‑based positioning.</li><li>Share best practices across countries.</li></ul><h3>Account&Opportunity Development</h3><ul><li>Support multi‑country key accounts with strong commercial governance.</li><li>Lead value storytelling (uptime, risk reduction, energy efficiency, lifecycle TCO).</li><li>Enable high‑quality pursuit reviews, tenders, and retrofit/modernization programs.</li></ul><h3>Offer Adoption&Lifecycle Services</h3><ul><li>Accelerate adoption of new Cooling Service offers (including liquid cooling frameworks).</li><li>Standardized scopes: start‑up, commissioning, PM, modernization and future digital service</li><li>Provide customer insights to Product/Engineering for offer evolution and competitiveness.</li></ul><h3>Sales Operations&Performance Management</h3><ul><li>Ensure pipeline and weekly/monthly forecast accuracy.</li><li>Drive quote‑to‑order excellence with Tendering, Operations, and Finance.</li><li>Align with Service Delivery teams on readiness, quality, and customer commitments.</li></ul><h3>Customer Experience</h3><ul><li>In collaboration with operation team, ensure contract performance, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.</li><li>Support on very critical escalation</li></ul><h3>Required Experience&Competencies</h3><ul><li>5+ years in B2B service sales/business development in cooling, HVAC, or data center infrastructure (with important mechanical experience)</li><li>Proven track record in service‑led growth, contracts, aftermarket, modernization.</li><li>Experience in multi‑country roles and matrix organizations.</li><li>Strong commercial, technical, and executive‑level stakeholder management.</li><li>BFO / CRM discipline and strong pipeline governance capabilities.</li></ul><h3>Leadership Profile</h3><ul><li>Strong accountability, disciplined execution, and data‑driven mindset.</li><li>Ability to influence without direct authority.</li><li>Customer‑centric, structured, and clear under pressure.</li><li>Strong communication and executive presence.</li></ul><p>Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?</p><p>When you are thinking about joining a new team, culture matters.
