<div><p>With our roots going back over more than (50) years, we are one of the oldest and fastest growing Saudi-based company that offers a diversified portfolio of products and services including infrastructure solutions on D&B and EPC basis, development and co-investment in real estate and renewable s, and manufacturing of renewable technologies.</p><p>Recently we are experiencing a rapid growth and expansion locally and regionally; accordingly, we are looking for leaders who have big ideas that can embrace our vision to meet a variety of infrastructure needs all over the MENA region with three main business segment- infrastructure solutions, development and co-investment in real estate and renewable s, and manufacturing of renewable technologies.</p><h3>Job Summary</h3><p>The Business Development Director will lead strategic growth initiatives within the Oil&Gas sector in Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on expanding business opportunities with Saudi Aramco, Ministry of Energy and its ecosystem.</p><p>The role is responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.</p><h3>Job Relations</h3><p>External – Stakeholders / Projects Clients / Governmental Sector.</p><h3>Reporting to</h3><p>Group CEO</p><p>Group Vice President</p><p>Male/Female</p><p>EPC / Oil&Gas / Infrastructure</p><h3>Employment Type</h3><p>Full-time</p><h3>Job Functions</h3><p>Business Development</p><h3>Main Duties&Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and execute business development strategies targeting Business Development within potential clients in KSA.</li><li>Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.</li><li>Lead market intelligence, competitor analysis, and client mapping.</li><li>Act as the primary interface between the company and key clients.</li><li>Represent the company in high-level meetings, negotiations, and industry events.</li><li>Lead the full business cycle from opportunity identification to contract award.</li><li>Support proposal development, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations.</li><li>Lead and mentor the Business Development and Proposal teams.</li><li>Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, and PMO for integrated project delivery.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related discipline) is mandatory.</li><li>Master’s degree in Engineering Management, MBA, or Finance is highly preferred.</li><li>Professional certifications such as PMP, RMP, P3O or equivalent is an advantage.</li><li>Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Business Development within Oil&Gas/EPC with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.</li><li>Proven experience working with or for Saudi Aramco projects, preferably aligned with Vision 2030 initiatives.</li><li>Aramco Approval / Experience is a MUST</li><li>Strong knowledge of Aramco procedures, standards, and procurement processes</li><li>Strong understanding of EPC contracts and project lifecycle</li><li>Expertise in tendering, estimation, and contract negotiation</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
