OverviewBuild and maintain strong, trusted relationships with end-users, offtakers, government entities, consultants, developers, and EPCsAct as the main commercial and technical point of contact for key accounts in the regionSupport customers by positioning and explaining Sungrow’s PV and BESS solutions, from early project stages through tendering and awardHelp customers and partners understand and apply Sungrow technologies in utility-scale projectsIdentify market opportunities and develop long-term strategies for assigned countries and accountsWork closely with internal technical, service, and HQ teams to ensure smooth project development and deliveryStay close to the market by tracking regulatory changes, customer needs, and competitor activityRepresent Sungrow in meetings, events, and industry discussions across the regionDegree: Background in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related fieldSkills & RequirementsStrong relationship-building and communication skillsAbility to combine technical understanding with commercial thinkingComfortable working with senior stakeholders and decision-makersExperience in technical sales and solution-based sellingClear, structured, and confident presenter of complex technologiesTechnical & Educational BackgroundSolid understanding of utility-scale Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)Familiar with grid integration, grid codes, and utility project requirementsExperience5–7+ years of experience in the Solar PV and/or BESS industryHands-on experience with utility-scale projectsExperience working with developers, EPCs, consultants, utilities, or government entitiesExperience in the Middle East and Africa markets is strongly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
