Business Development Representative

Sarmad is on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and expanding our client base within the financial technology sector. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential opportunities and helping to drive Sarmad's growth by promoting our innovative solutions to potential clients.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach effortsConduct outreach to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media channelsEngage in meaningful conversations with potential clients to understand their needs and pain pointsCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and messagingMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and client interactions in the CRM systemPrepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase Sarmad's products and solutionsFollow up on leads and nurture relationships to convert prospects into clientsStay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growthRequirementsProven experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong motivation are also welcomeStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clientsSelf-motivated and target-driven with a passion for salesBasic understanding of financial technology or fintech is a plusProficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office SuiteBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferredFluency in English and Arabic is essentialWillingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
