The successful candidate will manage inbound and outbound calls, handle customer inquiries related to travel packages, tour bookings, reservations, and tourism services, and ensure an excellent customer experience.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in call center operations, travel support, customer service, or tourism sales support.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficientlyRespond to customer inquiries related to tour packages, travel services, bookings, and itinerariesProvide accurate information about destinations, pricing, schedules, and promotionsConvert inquiries into confirmed bookings and sales leadsMaintain customer records and update CRM systemsResolve customer complaints and elevate issues when requiredAchieve call quality, service level, and sales targetsCoordinate with sales, reservations, and operations teamsRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience as a Call Center Executive, Customer Service Executive, or TelecallerBackground in tourism, travel, hospitality, or leisure industry preferredExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)Strong customer service and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet KPIsBasic computer knowledge and CRM system familiarityPreferred QualificationsExperience in Dubai tourism or travel industryKnowledge of travel bookings, tour operations, and customer handlingSales-oriented mindset with upselling abilityWhy Join IIQAF GroupCompetitive monthly salary: AED 6,500 – AED 7,000Stable role in a growing Tourism organizationSupportive and professional work environmentCareer growth opportunities within customer service and travel operations#J-18808-Ljbffr
