About the job Cashier - Dermatology ClinicJob Description:We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Cashier/Administrative Assistant at our Dermatology Clinic. This position requires a combination of cashiering responsibilities and administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our clinic.Responsibilities:Process payments for services rendered, including cash, credit/debit cards, and insurance payments.Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records.Collaborate with clinic staff to coordinate patient care and ensure a positive patient experience.Requirements:College diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
