This role offers a unique opportunity to build and scale a next‑generation defense organization focused on innovation, advanced systems development, and global competitiveness.The CEO will oversee the research, development, design, manufacturing, and delivery of cutting‑edge technologies and defense systems for both government and commercial clients.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic LeadershipDefine and execute a comprehensive corporate strategy aligned with defense and aerospace market demands, regulatory frameworks, and national security priorities.Lead organizational growth, transformation, and operational excellence from inception to full‑scale implementation.Represent the company in high‑level engagements with government entities, defense ministries, and international industry partners.Technology & Innovation OversightDirect and oversee R&D initiatives in advanced areas such as aerospace propulsion, radar systems, unmanned platforms, AI‑enabled defense technologies, and space systems.Champion innovation and ensure the integration of advanced technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with research institutions, global defense contractors, and technology firms.Program & Project DevelopmentSupervise major defense contracts, technology programs, and product development initiatives.Ensure the successful delivery of projects in alignment with quality, cost, and schedule objectives.Oversee compliance, risk management, and adherence to national and international defense standards.RequirementsQualifications & Experience:Background: Defense Technology | Software | IP Network Communications | AvionicsYears of Experience: 15 – 20 years in the same or related fieldDemonstrated success in leading large‑scale defense or aerospace programs and cross‑functional teams.Deep understanding of defense procurement frameworks, technological innovation, and regulatory compliance.Advanced degree in Engineering, Defense Studies, Aerospace Technology, or related discipline; MBA or Doctorate preferred.Proven record of executive leadership, strategic vision, and stakeholder engagement at the highest level.Personal Attributes:Visionary, decisive, and results‑driven leader.Strategic thinker with strong commercial, operational, and technical insight.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse stakeholders.Committed to innovation, excellence, and advancing national defense capabilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
