<div><p>Role Purpose: Primarily offshore but open to travel or may need to travel initial month or so to understand landscape and stakeholders. Need a good candidate with strong technical, ERP and change management experience.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Change Manager – Technical Governance is the accountable authority for governing technical change across enterprise application environments. This role ensures all changes are architecturally sound, risk-managed, standardized, and aligned to enterprise technology, security, and compliance standards.</li><li>Acts as the final governance authority for high-risk and complex techno-functional changes</li><li>Enforces enterprise change standards and governance controls across all ERP programs</li><li>Govern end-to-end techno-functional change across enterprise application platforms (ex: Oracle ERP, ServiceNow, Informatica, Unifier etc)</li><li>Review, challenge, and approve technical designs, architecture decisions, and implementation plans</li><li>Chair executive-level Change Advisory Boards (CAB) with focus on technical risk, governance, impact, and resilience</li><li>Drive enterprise-wide standardization of change processes across large, complex organizations application landscape</li><li>Ensure compliance with architecture, security, audit, regulatory, and operational requirements</li><li>Oversee complex change landscapes involving multiple vendors, systems, and delivery models</li><li>Define and track governance KPIs, risk indicators, and continuous improvement initiatives</li></ul><h3>Experience&Capability</h3><ul><li>Senior experience leading techno-functional change governance in large, complex enterprises</li><li>Proven background managing ERP techno-functional change at scale</li><li>Strong understanding of ERP architectures, integrations, infrastructure, and release management</li><li>Demonstrated success establishing standardized, repeatable enterprise change frameworks</li><li>Deep expertise in ITSM / ITIL and enterprise governance models</li><li>Executive-level stakeholder influence and decision-making capability</li></ul><h3>Desirable</h3><ul><li>ERP and integrated systems exposure is a great advantage</li><li>Experience in highly regulated or global operating environments</li></ul><p>Travel note: Primarily offshore but open to travel or may need to travel initial month or so to understand landscape and stakeholders.</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
