Together we move with agility prioritize customer needs and build unity through empathy leaving a positive impact wherever we go.About the role:Reporting to the regional Marketing leader the Channel Marketing Manager will support our channel and alliance partner business with the overall development and management of programs campaigns and activities that drive pipeline and revenue growth.Your contribution will be:Primary Responsibilities include:Align with Channel and Technology Alliance Leaders to understand the market trends and customize programs as needed to help drive quota attainment goalsPlan and conduct campaigns digital activities and in person programs through the partner with the partner and to the partner in order to drive a cosell gotomarket motionManage marketing plans with partners on a quarterly basis including but not limited to email event promotional tradeshow lunch and learns webinar programs and campaignsCoordinate activities crossfunctionally to create and deliver engaging partner communications regarding program benefits new products and services and channel enablement programs through key monthly communications such as emails newsletters and announcementsTrack analyze and report on marketing data (campaign results conversion rates traffic etc. to help shape future marketing investmentsYou will be expected to:Deliver against business objectivesLeverage exceptional written and verbal communication skillsPossess a strong work ethic highly responsive and dedicated to program resultsDemonstrate a proven ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced environmentPossess a working knowledge of demand generation and lead nurture strategiesWear many hats and quickly pivot based on changing prioritiesBe proficient in Microsoft Excel to manage a budget provide date and report back to the businessPossess experience and/or knowledge of the Nintex partner ecosystem and alliance partners technologies (i.e. Microsoft Salesforce)Possess experience with Marketing Automation Platform and CRM systems; Salesforce and Marketo are preferableBe a skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less and a track record of staying on budgetWrite campaign briefs email web and social newsletters and campaign ads; both short form and long formUnderstand the buyers journey repurpose content and demonstrate strong skills working with agencies and vendors for creative and content marketing campaignsTo be successful we think you need:5 years of experience in working with Channel & Partners as a marketing expert across all channels.Software & technology backgroundAmbitious growthoriented & ROI focused.Experience in Dubai Saudi & South African markets ideal and Czech Republic / Slovakia Qatar are a plus.Whats in it for youNintex has a hybrid working model enabling us to build culture learn and grow together.
