Executive Chef – Al‑Khor, QatarAs an Executive Chef at our renowned restaurant in Al‑Khor, you will be responsible for creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. We are looking for a talented and passionate chef who can lead our kitchen team and bring innovative ideas to the table.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative and high‑quality menus that meet the preferences and dietary needs of our guests.Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.Train and manage kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency, and hygiene.Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to maintain a well‑stocked kitchen while controlling costs.Collaborate with the management team to plan special events or promotions that showcase your culinary expertise.Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment at all times.RequirementsProven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining restaurant setting.Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of kitchen staff.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication skills in English.Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.CompensationSalary: 1200 USD per month (tax‑free).We welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the above requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
