ClientHealth Care Player in Abu DhabiRoleIt is a pivotal strategic leadership role responsible for the overall financial stewardship, operational excellence, governance, compliance and corporate development of a healthcare organization ensuring long‑term sustainability, growth and profitability. The CFO provides comprehensive financial and operational direction overseeing budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation and performance management.Tasks & ActivitiesDefine long‑term financial vision aligned with healthcare organizational goalsInfluence executive decision‑making with clear financial insightsFoster a culture of accountability and results orientationDevelop robust budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processesMonitor and control operational costs and profitabilityEvaluate financial risks and implement mitigation strategiesUnderstand healthcare delivery models and revenue cycle management (good‑to‑have)Monitor departmental KPIs to improve efficiency and service qualityImplement financial systems that support operational excellenceEnsure adherence to UAE healthcare regulations and statutory requirementsEstablish and maintain strong internal control frameworksMonitor compliance with IFRS and local accounting standardsOversee audit processes and implement recommendationsDevelop business cases for investments and expansionsMonitor post‑acquisition integration and performanceRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related fieldMaster’s degree in Finance, Business Administration (MBA) or Healthcare Management preferredMinimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a Tier 1 HospitalProfessional finance qualification mandatory (CA, CPA, ACCA or CFA)Extensive experience in hospital or multi‑facility healthcare operations, including budgeting, revenue cycle management and financial oversightProven track record in strategic planning, corporate development and mergers & acquisitions in the healthcare sectorStrong understanding of UAE/GCC healthcare regulations, licensing compliance and tax requirementsContinuous professional development and up‑to‑date knowledge of IFRS and UAE healthcare financial regulationsWorkload / LocationAbu Dhabi – 100% on‑groundEngagementPermanentStart DateASAPRateAble to attract more qualified candidates#J-18808-Ljbffr
