You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal Lucidya teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities, timelines, and deliverables.This is a hands‑on, project‑based role (1 year) where you will be embedded with a specific customer (on‑site at their office), overseeing day‑to‑day coordination, tracking progress, addressing challenges, and ensuring that all project outcomes and deliverables are delivered as agreed. You will play a key role in maintaining strong working relationships with clients and ensuring high‑quality delivery across all assigned projects.What You’ll DoOwn end‑to‑end delivery of assigned client projects, from kickoff through final handoverAct as the on‑site Lucidya representative at the client office, managing day‑to‑day coordination and executionBuild, track, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverablesLead project implementation activities for Lucidya’s SaaS solutions in alignment with agreed scopeCoordinate across internal teams (Product, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support) to ensure timely deliveryMonitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address challengesManage client communication, updates, escalations, and expectations throughout the project lifecycleEnsure quality, compliance, and timely completion of all project outcomes and deliverablesMaintain project documentation, status reporting, and handover materialsContribute to improving project delivery processes and best practicesWho You AreYou’ve worked directly with customers in project‑based or operational rolesYou hold a bachelor's degree in Business Admin or a related field (Project Management certifications such as PMP are a big plus)Communication is one of your strong suits, you’re also able to effectively manage stakeholders of different cultures and senioritiesYou pride yourself on your time‑management skills and can juggle multiple priorities effectivelyYou thrive in fast‑paced environments and are highly adaptable to changing prioritiesYou’re an excellent communicator, and are comfortable speaking in both Arabic & EnglishWhat the hiring process will look likeScreening call with TATechnical interview with the hiring managerOffer#J-18808-Ljbffr
