Client Services Manager

<div><p>Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the expert network industry dedicated to providing strategic and actionable insights for consulting firms corporations and funds.</p><p>They are seeking a highly-professional and charismatic<b>Client Services Manager</b>with previous expert-matching experience and multilingual capabilities to relocate to their office in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.</p><p>In this role you will work closely with clients to understand their project objectives match them with the most suitable experts and oversee a team of associates for flawless project delivery from start to finish.</p><p><b>Candidates without direct expert-matching industry experience will NOT be considered.</b></p><p><b>Strong professional working fluency in English is required.</b><b>Additional native-level fluency in Mandarin Japanese OR Korean is required.</b></p><p><b>RELOCATION to Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam is required.</b></p><h3>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end client engagement for expert-matching projects serving as the primary point of contact throughout each assignment.</li><li>Interpret client research needs and translate them into actionable project plans with clear deliverables and timelines.</li><li>Oversee expert sourcing workflows including outreach screening compliance checks and scheduling.</li><li>Ensure high-quality execution of expert calls surveys and insight-gathering activities.</li><li>Provide clients with structured updates insights and summaries that enhance decision-making and project value.</li><li>Work closely with internal research compliance and operations teams to ensure accuracy and adherence to industry standards.</li><li>Maintain a deep understanding of expert-matching methodologies compliance processes and client service best practices.</li><li>Track project performance manage multiple concurrent requests and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders.</li><li>Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships through additional project scopes or service offerings.</li><li>Ensure all expert engagements meet strict legal ethical and compliance requirements.</li></ul><h3>REQUIREMENTS:</h3><ul><li>At least 2 - 5 years of experience at the CSA or CSM level in an expert-matching firm.</li><li>Strong knowledge of expert recruitment workflows compliance protocols and insight delivery standards.</li><li>Excellent communication and client relationship management skills especially in demanding fast-paced environments.</li><li>Previous experience in healthcare technology or finance-related verticals is a plus.</li><li><b>Strong professional working fluency in English is required.</b></li><li><b>Native level or bilingual fluency in Mandarin Japanese OR Korean is required.</b></li><li><b>Willingness to relocate to HCMC Vietnam.</b></li><li>Bachelors degree in Business Economics Communications or a related field.</li></ul><br/><p>If you are qualified and interested we kindly invite you to apply!
