Cluster Assistant IT Manager

<div><h3>Responsibilities</h3>\<p>The Cluster Assistant IT Manager supports the Cluster IT Manager in overseeing hotel technology operations, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency of systems and guest-facing technologies. Key responsibilities include:</p>\<ul>\<li>Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and software systems.</li>\<li>Support critical hotel systems (e.g., Property Management, Point of Sale, key card access, IP telephony, CCTV, and guest Wi‑Fi).</li>\<li>Enforce cybersecurity protocols, ensure data backups, and maintain disaster recovery plans.</li>\<li>Provide IT support across departments, troubleshoot issues and train staff on IT systems and policies.</li>\<li>Liaise with external IT vendors and corporate IT teams for support and system upgrades.</li>\<li>Assist with IT budgeting, procurement, and asset inventory management.</li>\<li>Ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry regulations.</li>\<li>Participate in 24/7 support rotation for critical system issues and emergencies.</li>\</ul>\<h3>Qualifications</h3>\<ul>\<li>Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; 3 years of IT management experience preferably in hospitality.</li>\<li>Strong knowledge of hospitality software systems, networks, servers, Windows environments, and cloud services.</li>\<li>Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection laws, and disaster recovery planning.</li>\<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with ability to manage vendors and budgets.</li>\</ul>\<h3>Remote Work</h3>\<p>Yes</p>\<h3>Employment Type</h3>\<p>Full‑time</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
