Commercial Manager – Super High-Rise TowersWe are seeking a highly qualified and senior-level Commercial Manager to join our team for a newly launched, high-profile Super High-Rise Towers project.Project TypeSuper High-Rise TowersMega-scale construction developmentMandatory Experience RequirementsMinimum 8+ years of experience in the UAE or GCC (UAE experience is essential)Strong proven experience in mega construction projects, preferably high-rise or super high-rise developmentsSolid background working with Tier-1 contracting companiesDemonstrated experience managing high-value contracts and large project budgetsCore ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for commercial, contractual, and financial management of the projectManaging contracts, variations, claims, EOTs, and final accountsLeading cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementEnsuring project profitability and commercial risk mitigationClose coordination with Project Management, Contracts, Finance, and Planning teamsAdvising senior management on commercial strategies and decisionsSkillsEducation & Professional Qualifications (Mandatory / Preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (mandatory)Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts (mandatory)Professional certifications such as RICS, PMP, or equivalent are highly preferredKey CompetenciesStrong negotiation and contract administration skillsExcellent analytical, reporting, and leadership abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of the UAE construction market, regulations, and commercial practicesAbility to work under pressure on high-value, fast-track projectsImportant NotesCandidates must be currently based in the UAEOnly highly qualified candidates meeting the above criteria will be considered#J-18808-Ljbffr
