Not internal recruitment.</b></p><p><b>This is not an "HR" role.</b></p><p>Fractional | Commission-Based | Remote | Territory Focus<b>(UAE)</b></p><p>If your background is primarily:</p><ul><li>HR Business Partnering</li><li>Internal Talent / Recruitment</li><li>People Operations</li></ul><p><b>DO NOT APPLY.</b></p><p>We are looking for individuals who can confidently<b>sell, open doors and generate revenue.</b></p><p><b>What This Role Actually Is</b></p><p>You are responsible for:</p><ul><li>Finding companies that need recruitment or HR/People Operations advisory support</li><li>Starting conversations with decision-makers</li><li>Booking and/or closing commercial opportunities</li><li>Generating revenue</li></ul><p>This is a<b>pure business development/sales role</b>.</p><p><b>About Rosie's People</b></p><p>Rosie's People is an award-winning international consultancy delivering:</p><ul><li>Executive&specialist (hard-to-fill) recruitment</li><li>HR advisory&organisational consulting</li><li>Leadership&training solutions</li><li>People&operational strategy, and more</li></ul><p>We work with boards, founders, executive and leadership teams globally.</p><p><b>What You Will Be Doing</b></p><ul><li>Prospecting and identifying companies that need support</li><li>Contacting C‑Suite/founders, and senior decision‑makers</li><li>Opening commercial conversations</li><li>Introducing Rosie's People services</li><li>Securing meetings and opportunities</li><li>Supporting conversion into paying clients</li><li>Managing your pipeline independently</li></ul><p><b>Who This Role Is NOT For</b></p><p>Do NOT apply if:</p><ul><li>You have never sold recruitment or consultancy services</li><li>You rely on inbound leads only</li><li>You are not comfortable with cold outreach</li><li>You need training on how to sell</li><li>You are not confident speaking to senior stakeholders</li></ul><p><b>Who This Role IS For</b></p><p>You:</p><ul><li>Have<b>3+ years selling recruitment, HR consultancy, or B2B services</b></li><li>Have<b>personally generated revenue or opened clients</b></li><li>Have an<b>existing network of decision‑makers</b></li><li>Are comfortable with<b>cold outreach and closing</b></li><li>Are<b>commercially driven and results-focused</b></li><li>Want<b>flexibility with high earning potential</b></li><li><b>Have high attention to detail and can execute</b></li><li>You must already have access to or experience in the selected territory. Applicants should ideally<b>already maintain professional relationships with companies operating within this region</b>.</li></ul><p>You must be comfortable using modern tools such as:</p><ul><li>ChatGPT / AI tools</li><li>CRM systems</li><li>LinkedIn and outreach tools</li></ul><p>If you are not AI‑savvy or do not actively use modern tools to improve efficiency,<b>this role is not suitable</b>.</p><p><b>Engagement Structure</b></p><p>This opportunity is structured as a flexible, outcome‑based commercial engagement.</p><p>Successful partners may undertake this role alongside their existing roles or consulting work.</p><p>As commercial activity grows and agreed thresholds are achieved, there may be opportunities to expand the engagement structure over time.</p><p><b>APPLICATION – MUST COMPLETE FIRST</b></p><p>Before we review your CV, you MUST answer the following:</p><p><b>If you do not answer ALL questions, your application will be rejected.</b></p><p><b>1.
