The resort offers direct beachfront access, a range of ocean‑inspired accommodation including private villas, seven dining venues, and a dedicated wellness centre and spa, with innovative treatments and therapies.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commis II to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Knowledge of cutting and seasoning different meats and marinationPrepare basic dishes such as salads and saucesEnsure that the food items are stocked properly in refrigerators and freezersFollow established recipe and plating guide provided, to exact specificationSet‑up the station with par stocks of menu items and carry out all food preparation tasks given by the Commis 1 | Demi Chef | Chef De Partie designated for that stationEffectively maintain high levels of kitchen assistance service at all times.
