COMMISSIONING MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to lead and manage commissioning activities for an ADNOC Offshore project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up of offshore oil & gas facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant project delivery in line with ADNOC standards.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities for offshore facilities.Ensure all commissioning activities are executed in line with project schedule, procedures, and safety requirements.Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and system handover strategies.Coordinate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to ensure smooth system completion and readiness.Manage systemization, MC (Mechanical Completion), and handover to commissioning and operations.Supervise commissioning teams, vendors, and subcontractors across all disciplines.Ensure compliance with ADNOC Offshore HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture.Review and approve commissioning procedures, method statements, and test protocols.Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve technical and operational issues during commissioning.Manage interface with client and ensure timely approvals, inspections, and acceptance.Oversee performance testing, start-up, and stabilization of systems.Ensure proper documentation, including test reports, punch list clearance, and final handover dossiers.KEY QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline).15+ years of experience in oil & gas projects, with at least 5 years in a commissioning management role.Proven experience in offshore commissioning and start-up projects, preferably with ADNOC Offshore.Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, systemization, and start-up methodologies.Experience in brownfield modifications and live plant commissioning is highly desirable.Excellent leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Strong understanding of HSE, permit-to-work (PTW), and SIMOPS.Ability to manage multiple systems, teams, and interfaces in a fast-paced environment.HSE certification (IOSH/NEBOSH) and relevant professional certifications are a plus.VERTICALENGINEERING#J-18808-Ljbffr
