You will be responsible for enhancing our regulatory framework to align with evolving laws and industry standards while providing expert guidance on policy formulation. By bridging the gap between innovation and regulation, you will ensure new products are compliant and that legal insights are integrated into every key decision through close collaboration with internal control and legal functions.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying compliance issues which may affect businessProviding guidance relating to the formulation and implementation of strategies and policiesIdentifying gaps in processes and products, proposing solutions mitigating compliance risksMaintaining and enhancing the regulatory compliance program/framework due to new laws, rules, regulations, regulatory guidance, corporate requirements, products, industry standards and other internal and external risk factorsEnsuring that appropriate legal advice is taken into account before decisions are taken and that systems are in place requiring legal reviewBeing aware of the new products to determine the level of compliance with established rules and regulationCooperating with other control functions and internal legal functionUnderstanding MP business modelExpected QualificationsMin. 4+ years of experience in complianceGraduates from related departments of universitiesAbility to work and provide coverage for the whole area as an individual playerExcellent communication skills in EnglishStrong written skills with the ability to craft comprehensive and concise policy rulesHigh level of self-motivation, determination and confidenceProficient skills in data analysisExcellent problem-solving skills and clear logical thinking#J-18808-Ljbffr
