The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with a professional attitude, good communication skills, and customer-friendly behavior.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware and peripheralsMaintain and support servers and network infrastructureConfigure and manage networking devices (routers, switches, access points)Handle firewall configuration and basic network securityDiagnose and resolve system, network, and connectivity issuesProvide on-site technical support to clientsEnsure smooth day-to-day IT operationsMaintain proper documentation and reportingRequirementsDegree QualifiedGood knowledge of: English / Hindi / ArabicComputer hardware and troubleshootingServers and basic administrationNetworking devices and configurationsFirewall setup and managementGood command of English (spoken & written)Neatly dressed, well-presented, and polite in communicationAbility to interact professionally with clientsUAE Driving License (Mandatory)Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferredSalary & BenefitsSalary: AED 2,500 – AED 4,000 (based on experience)
