OverviewGuest Services Executive- Concierge- Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island ResortGuest Solutions Exec- Attendant- Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort - (220000CM).ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with Transport for airport timings to ensure VIP visitors are accompanied upon arrival to the hotel auto.Attend to the unique requests made by VIP visitors either prior to, during, or after their stay.Aid the Visitor Providers Executives in their responsibilities, when called for.Lead by example by demonstrating the Heart of Jumeirah and leading principles in their role continually.Update all information provided by visitors into the Front Office PMS System promptly and ensure all required information has been provided.Be reliable in assisting visitors throughout their stay with any type of requests.Be able to perform any other duties as may reasonably be asked by management.Stay up-to-date with all happenings in the city and communicate such information to the team.QualificationsSenior high school grad.Previous UAE Experience in a comparable duty is a must.Multilingual will certainly be an advantage#J-18808-Ljbffr
