Tahaluf is making a huge impact on the global events sector.Events ServicesJob FunctionProductionThe team is looking for a Conference Producer to join the team who can demonstrate they have their finger on the pulse of our fast-paced and ever-changing industry. The successful candidate will be confident in speaking to expert speakers from all over the world and selling the unique opportunity to showcase their knowledge and expertise at our event. With meticulous organisational skills, you will be responsible for managing the speakers and order of show on-site at the event.Key ResponsibilitiesConference ProductionDevelop and curate the conference agenda aligned with event objectivesResearch topics and source relevant, high-quality speakersManage speaker outreach, communication, and coordinationWork closely with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders on programme deliveryShape session formats, content flow, and overall conference narrativeManage timelines, schedules, and programme updatesCoordinate speaker logistics including travel and accommodationOversee on-site speaker management and ensure smooth session executionSupport the overall vision, quality, and success of the conferenceResearch, develop, and curate the conference agenda aligned with event objectives and audience needsIdentify relevant topics, trends, and themes to ensure content is timely and valuableSource, secure, and manage high-profile speakers, moderators, and panelistsDraft session formats including keynotes, panels, fireside chats, workshops and roundtablesSpeaker ManagementLead speaker outreach, invitations, and negotiationsManage speaker communications, briefings, and preparation materialsCoordinate speaker logistics including travel, accommodation, and schedulesEnsure speakers are aligned with the event narrative and objectivesStakeholder CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams including marketing, production, sponsorship, and operationsWork closely with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to integrate their content where relevantEnsure all stakeholders are aligned on programme timelines and deliverablesContent & Creative DirectionShape the overall content narrative and storytelling of the conferenceWork with creative and production teams on stage design, scripts, and show flowEnsure consistency and quality of content across all sessionsProject ManagementDevelop and manage content timelines and production schedulesTrack progress and ensure deadlines are metMaintain accurate records of speakers, sessions, and programme updatesOn-Site DeliveryManage speakers and sessions on-site to ensure smooth executionBrief moderators, speakers, and stage teams before sessionsOversee stage flow and resolve any last-minute changesStrategic ContributionContribute to the overall vision and positioning of the eventIdentify opportunities to enhance audience experience and engagementSupport the growth and long-term development of the conference brandQualificationsEducated to degree level or equivalentMinimum 3 years experience in conference production.Someone has experience in the Gulf region.Speaks and writes clearly and fluently in English to both individuals and groups.Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
