As a Construction Foreman, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate projects at worksite to ensure the completion of projects in an appropriate & efficient manner.Construction Foreman duties and responsibilitiesCoordinating construction work according to priorities and plansMaking & maintaining a team of Masons, Carpenters, Painters, Helpers and Other Site WorkersAllocating general and daily responsibilities and resolve problems when they ariseMonitor expenditure and ensure it remains within budgetIn-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment’s, cost estimates & evaluationsAbility to read & execute drawings, plans and blueprintsLiaise with clients, contractors and site team to achieve productive outcomes for the projectConstruction Foreman requirementsProven experience as construction foreman across technical services/general maintenance worksMinimum 3 years of UAE/GCC experienceExcellent knowledge of industry, construction operations, techniques, equipment’s, tools & materialsGood time-management skills and Ability to multi-taskHaving a valid UAE driving license and familiarity with roads and routes of UAEEngineer or diploma in Civil/Skilled tradeJob Type: Full-time, PermanentJob SpecificationSyed Hasan (Recruiter) is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Construction Foreman-Site Supervisor in the field of Engineering in one of their office located in Dubai - United Arab Emirates.
