STRUCTURAL is the largest concrete repair contractor in the United States, with roughly 4,500 employees working throughout the nation and in select international markets, including UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.</p><h3>Construction Manager Position</h3><p>We are currently recruiting for a Construction Manager to be based out of our Saudi Arabia office and provide construction leadership across the KSA. As a Construction Manager in KSA, you will be responsible for providing high‑level field management to other Superintendents, Foremen, and our open‑shop crews that make our nation's structures stronger and last longer. Projects typically consist of concrete repair, cathodic protection, waterproofing, and structural strengthening in commercial and industrial settings.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Interfacing closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, to direct, plan, coordinate and execute project work in a timely manner within budget while maintaining a safe workplace, working closely with the Branch Manager of Construction.</li><li>Participating in pre‑project and pre‑task planning activities then disseminating planning details to field teams.</li><li>Responsible for construction activity, safety, means&methods, and productivity for assigned projects.</li><li>Providing training and mentoring to field managers to aid in their professional and career growth.</li><li>Assisting project teams in the development of monthly progress reports, monthly payment applications, anticipated cost reports, and other financial cost reports.</li><li>Completing all essential paperwork in a clear and accurate manner.</li><li>Interviewing and hiring of new field employees.</li><li>Providing leadership to STRUCTURAL's Safety 24/7 culture.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication and technical writing.</li><li>Strong hands‑on construction knowledge&drawn towards technical understanding of projects.</li><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Construction Management or related field OR significant relevant work experience in place of degree will be considered.</li><li>10+ years of experience in general construction with at least 5 of those years in a field management role at a Superintendent level or above.</li><li>Prior experience in general repair type projects to include concrete repair, structural strengthening, waterproofing, corrosion control, façade restoration, etc.</li><li>Previous experience running multiple projects simultaneously (depending on size/complexity).</li><li>Proven ability to manage various levels of field managers while overseeing divisional field operations.</li><li>Advanced proficiency to read, interpret and execute construction drawings and contract specifications. Resolving discrepancies as needed.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with the customer, crew, and project teams.</li><li>Advanced computer skills and construction math skills.</li><li>Possesses advanced leadership skills to evaluate, train, and mentor others and hold team members accountable while demonstrating model behavior relative to Structural Group's operating principles.</li><li>Strong IT skills including Microsoft suite, Microsoft Project, Excel, etc.</li></ul><h3>Ideal Candidate</h3><p>Our ideal Construction Manager candidate is an innovative but decisive field manager who can work effectively in a highly collaborative, team‑based environment; has the ability to set goals and expectations and hold others accountable; can encourage and mentor others; is approachable, empathetic and outgoing; can quickly gain trust and respect; and is able to establish and maintain relationships.</p><h3>Benefits</h3><p>STRUCTURAL is proud of a company culture that promotes 24/7 safety and quality.
