Tasks Lead and manage end-to-end construction execution across projectsDrive fast-track project strategies to accelerate delivery timelinesDevelop and control project schedules with strict adherence to deadlinesImplement innovative solutions to reduce construction time and costsEnsure all works meet high-quality standards and specificationsManage and coordinate contractors, consultants, and site teamsReview drawings, specifications, and construction methodologiesIdentify and resolve technical and operational challenges on-siteOptimize resource planning (labor, materials, equipment)Enforce HSE and regulatory complianceMonitor project performance, risks, and progress reportingLead value engineering initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs Requirements Proven experience in construction management within contracting or real estate development companiesStrong experience in fast-track / accelerated project deliverySolid technical knowledge in construction methods, sequencing, and execution planningStrong background in cost control, budgeting, and value engineeringAbility to reduce project duration while maintaining or improving qualityStrong leadership and site management skillsExcellent coordination and problem-solving abilitiesExperience managing multiple stakeholders (contractors, consultants, suppliers)Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field10+ years of experience preferred
