About the job: Construction ManagerOne of our clients is in the EPC Industry, Saudi Arabia, and is hiring for the position of a Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities for a major industrial project. The role will be responsible for ensuring that all site construction operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.The Construction Manager will coordinate with project engineering, procurement, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure the successful delivery of project milestones.Location: KhobarYears of Experience: 10 YearsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplineNotice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum one-month notice period.Applicants are requested to apply with their updated resumes and then click the following link to update their details to speed up the process of recruitment.https://www.arbetecareers.com/Candidate-PortalJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesConstruction Planning and ExecutionOversee all on-site construction activities including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works.Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Develop and implement detailed construction execution plans and site work strategies.Monitor daily construction progress and ensure alignment with project timelines.Project CoordinationCoordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues in coordination with engineering teams.Lead site meetings and communicate progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.Safety and ComplianceEnsure strict compliance with HSE policies, local regulations, and project safety standards.Promote a strong safety culture across all contractors and site personnel.Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to prevent incidents.Quality ControlEnsure all construction activities meet quality requirements and project specifications.Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.Address and resolve construction quality issues in collaboration with QA/QC teams.Resource and Cost ManagementManage workforce allocation, equipment usage, and subcontractor performance.Monitor construction costs and ensure efficient utilization of project resources.Support project management in controlling budgets and preventing cost overruns.Reporting and DocumentationPrepare and present construction progress reports.Track project milestones and highlight risks or delays.Maintain proper documentation of site activities and construction records.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 10 to 15 years of construction experience, preferably in oil and gas, petrochemical, or large industrial projects.Proven experience managing multi discipline construction teams on large scale EPC projects.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and safety regulations.Key SkillsConstruction Project ManagementSite Execution and SupervisionContractor and Subcontractor ManagementHSE Compliance and Risk ManagementCost Control and Resource PlanningStakeholder Coordination and CommunicationPreferred ExperienceExperience working on refinery, petrochemical, or energy projects.Familiarity with Saudi industrial project standards and regulations.Previous experience managing large construction teams and subcontractors.Note: We thank all applicants for their interest however, only those candidates who are shortlisted will be contacted.#J-18808-Ljbffr
