Construction Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.Develop and monitor construction schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.Coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow.Monitor project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site.Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.Review and approve site reports, progress reports, and daily construction records.Manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to maintain productivity and discipline.Resolve technical and operational issues arising during project execution.Ensure cost control and efficient use of resources to maintain project budgets.Conduct regular coordination meetings with stakeholders and provide updates to senior management.SkillsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 12–15 years of experience in building construction, with at least 5 years in a Construction Manager or senior site management role.Proven experience managing large-scale building projects such as residential complexes, commercial buildings, or institutional facilities.Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, site management, and project coordination.Familiarity with project planning tools and construction management software.Experience in Gulf region projects, particularly Saudi Arabia, will be an advantage.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.Key CompetenciesSite Management and Construction SupervisionProject Planning and ExecutionSubcontractor ManagementQuality Control and Safety ComplianceCost and Resource ManagementTechnical Problem SolvingTeam Leadership#J-18808-Ljbffr
