This is a contract job with free visa and ticket provided. We welcome applicants from Pakistan and Egypt, however, this is not a strict requirement.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the entire construction process from planning to completion- Monitor progress and ensure that the project is completed within budget and on time- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of the project- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards- Prepare and submit progress reports to managementRequirements:- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and building codes- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Ability to work under pressure in an urgent deadline-driven environment- Experience working on construction projects in the UAE is preferred but not requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking for a challenging role in the construction industry.
