This role is built for a hands‑on visual storyteller who thrives in dynamic environments and can translate real world activity into high quality visual content for digital, social, and brand use.The role combines event coverage, experience documentation, and employer branding content creation. The ideal candidate is fast, reliable, visually sharp, and comfortable producing content in live and fast moving settings.Key ResponsibilitiesCapture professional photo and video content at events, activations, experiences, and brand initiativesProduce on-ground coverage including highlights, behind the scenes content, interviews, and atmosphere shotsCreate short form and long form video content for social media and digital platformsDevelop employer branding visual content including workplace culture, team stories, and internal initiativesEdit photos and videos into publish ready assets with appropriate formatting for each platformDeliver fast turnaround content when required for live or near real time publishingCollaborate with marketing, brand, and social teams to align with campaign and content objectivesPropose creative shot lists, formats, and storytelling approaches for different content needsMaintain organized archives of raw and edited visual assetsManage and maintain shooting equipment and basic production setupsQualificationsProven experience in photography and videography for brands, events, or mediaStrong portfolio demonstrating both photo and video workProficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Lightroom, or equivalentStrong understanding of framing, lighting, motion, and visual storytellingExperience producing content for social and digital platformsAbility to work in fast paced, unpredictable, and crowded environmentsStrong time management and delivery disciplineComfortable interacting with teams, participants, and leadership while shootingPreferred QualificationsExperience covering live events, festivals, or large activationsDrone shooting certification and experienceBasic motion graphics or color grading skillsExperience producing employer branding or corporate culture contentAbility to shoot high quality content using both professional cameras and mobile devices when needed#J-18808-Ljbffr
