Coordinator Sales - UAE National

ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales related matters (Marketing Operations and Finance department)Act as a first point of contact and respond quickly for partner restaurant queries or complaints via calls and emails when Sales Representatives are not available, and delegate the task to the appropriate Sales RepresentativesUpload and update restaurant information online and in a timely mannerSet up and configure the system for new partners and trainings and handle system issues from the vendor/partner sideUpdate and monitor the closed restaurantsCollect and document restaurant contracts and amendments; filing of restaurant contracts and other sales related dataPrepare contract delivery and pickup reports on a periodic basisManage the quality of partner accounts, ensuring ongoing partner relationships and resolve operations issues between partner restaurants, users, and internal teamsPrepare reports for partner restaurants on transmission methods; assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers and train restaurant/call center personnel on how to use the transmission system (GPRS Pigeon software)Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:Follow-up activitiesTransmission methods reportsContract delivery and pickup reports: acknowledgment of contract receipt and delivery for new restaurantsQualificationsBachelors Degree in relevant fieldMS Office Excel CertificationMust have a UAE Family Book.Knowledge of CRMPresentation, Interpersonal Communication (written and verbal), Customer Service, Problem Solving and Negotiation SkillsAbility to meet deadlines and be flexible in workingAbility to build good relationships with clientsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
