They write and refine communications for our app, website, and external channels that promote our features and everyday experiences. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Copywriter who can turn data into words that convert. You’ll write social and Google ads that drive measurable results across multiple markets, testing headlines, experimenting with CTAs, and iterating based on what the numbers tell you.What You’ll Be DoingCreating, editing, and proofreading content for performance marketing channels, ensuring it’s optimised for social and Google adsDeveloping compelling narratives about Revolut and our featuresProducing best‑in‑class messaging across a variety of growth channelsEditing and proofreading copy to ensure accuracy and adherence to our style guide and tone of voice across marketsWorking closely with the Marketing and Design teams to create stand‑out content to deliver ‘Wow’ to customersWhat You’ll NeedFluency in EnglishExceptional writing, speaking, and editing skills2+ years of experience in B2C marketing, advertising, or content creationAn understanding of performance marketing and how to apply best practices in content creationThe ability to produce high volumes of sharp, varied copy for multiple marketsA flexible, self‑starter mindset to manage workload, processes, and priorities independentlyThe ability to work well with a variety of stakeholders, from Legal to LocalisationA ‘Get it Done’ attitude to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a high‑speed environmentNice to have2+ years of experience in performance marketing copywritingA basic understanding of keyword researchExperience with paid media, such as Google AdsDiversity & InclusionWe’ve launched our inaugural D&I Framework to help us thrive and grow everyday.
