From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and involved in different business aspects. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as networking with senior executives, international travel, and involvement in regional conferences.Based in our Jeddah Regional Office, you will also benefit from an open‑space office located in the Jameel Square Building, in Al Andalus District, on Prince Muhammad Bin Abdulaziz Street. The Jeddah office is lively and energetic, creating a warm, family‑like atmosphere. Around 20 team members drive the business for KSA, Bahrain, and Kuwait.The OpportunityAs a Corporate HR Intern, you will be an integral part of the team and will actively support all HR and L&D activities across KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain. You will coordinate and assist with various activities and functions of the regional HR department.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of various HR and L&D programs and committee initiatives.Coordinate meetings, create materials and presentations, research key topics, and provide ongoing support and follow‑up on project timelines.Collect and formulate regional people data and assist in preparing various monthly reports.Support activities in the corporate office.Work with the hotels to drive projects, data collection, and communication.Other responsibilities as assigned by the regional HR team.Why choose us?Embarking on our year in industry programme is a transformative journey encompassing a structured learning and development activities framework.
