Responsible for overall business results and growth in line with the business plan, revenue and EBITDA for the country. Includes leadership, management and development of the commercial team to achieve set targets, working closely with cross‑functional teams and building strong relationships with the Operations organization. Builds a strong internal IM culture reflecting the company values to provide an enjoyable working environment for employees. Builds strong reputation and relationships with customers and partners within the local market. Acts as the linking pin between country organisation and our MENAT & Global organisation.Your Role in Our MissionDefine commercial strategy to achieve EBITDA and revenue growth targets.Develop a five‑year business plan to aggressively grow revenue, including pricing strategy.Own all customers in the cluster excluding GI (Global Industries) customers.Create customer experience strategy to deliver competitive advantage and sustain profitability.Contribute to the overall Iron Mountain cluster commercial strategy with a particular focus on customer requirements and revenue acceleration in corporate customers.Lead in establishing a customer‑focused culture. Implement and manage initiatives and tools that drive customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention in an efficient and standardised approach.Drive and influence future service roadmaps within customer experience.Play a senior advisory role to business leaders evaluating product performance to help proactively develop business opportunities.Advocate innovations and investments to better serve the needs of the Iron Mountain customer base.Play an active role in M&A space – e.g. look for potential companies and build relationships with owners to execute transactions.Manage sales performance through leadership and management of the team focusing on productivity, individual performance and teamwork.Drive significant, healthy pipeline growth.Drive pricing strategy.Increase customer retention.Decrease dilution of PW.Inspirational people leader who can take the organisation through the transformational and growth journey; leader who develops and coaches talent, motivates and empowers and drives strong performance in the team.Drive IM culture and employee engagement.Health & safety compliance on all applicable operational, financial, legal and labour related standards.Understand market trends and market information in the sector, identify impact to customers and share internally for further analysis.MD/Statutory responsibility.Valued Skills and ExperiencePrior experience in a senior commercial leadership role within a high‑growth technology business.A strong network of contacts with the Saudi Arabian government and prior involvement in Public Investment Fund projects.Sound working knowledge of sales & marketing, business planning & strategy development, service delivery, finance essentials, real estate and capital processes, legislation and people management.Strong commercial focus and entrepreneurial success in business growth and development.Inspirational people leader and culture builder, able to create an inclusive culture where people feel a strong sense of belonging, collaboration and connection to company values.Proven track record of developing strong talent and ability to connect with employees at all levels.Ability to work in a complex matrix environment and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in country and internationally; lead by influence irrespective of reporting lines.Full understanding and proven track record within the local business & legislative environment.Understands local and international business environment trends, opportunities and complexities and can see the bigger picture.Demonstrated ability to take decisions and solve problems at the large complexity, taking into account multiple aspects and nuances.Ability to prioritise well for optimal business outcomes.Demonstrate personal integrity and leadership deeply rooted in company values.Ability to clearly articulate and promote relevan
