The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a crane to move, lift, and position materials in accordance with safety regulations.Skills RequiredProven experience as a crane operatorAbility to read blueprints/drawings and follow instructions from supervisorsSolid understanding of safety rules and regulationsSuperb hand-eye coordination and reflexesExcellent physical condition with the ability to stand for long periodsMust be able to successfully pass a background checkValid Crane Operator certification is preferred but not requiredJob Duties & ResponsibilitiesSafely operate crane equipment according to set standards, safety regulations and company proceduresMove levers and pedals to regulate speed and direction of crane hoist movementsPosition machinery, equipment or other large objects at construction sites or industrial facilities using cranesEnsure that all loads are properly secured before lifting or moving themInspect cranes daily to ensure they are functioning properlyMonitor load handling operations visually throughout the processReport any damage or malfunctioning of cranes immediately to supervisorsAdhere to all safety regulations while operating the crane to prevent accidents on siteMaintain accurate records of all lifting operations as per company guidelinesEnsure relevant paperwork is completed accurately and on time before commencing any lifting operationsFollow instructions from supervisors regarding job tasks and deadlinesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 3 years of experience as a crane operatorAbility to pass an immigration/background check if applicablePhysical ability to stand for long periodsValid Crane Operator certification is preferred but not requiredSalary: 11,000 AED per month#J-18808-Ljbffr
