CREWING COORDINATOR

This is a generalist view of a job that you have been assigned for – at times you will be asked to do above/beyond the scope of this role due to operational requirements.ResponsibilitiesUpdate the crew rotation, movement or changes in crew list on daily basisArrange training courses according to clients’ requirements (ADNOC, Aramco & ONGC…etc.)CDC, STCW courses and trainings certificates monitoring and uploading the recordsDirect communication for the crew changes with vessel MasterArrange HSE Inductions and prepare crew joiners with quarantine and approvalsImplement observations and guidelines by superiorsContinually update the reliefs schedules to ensure the overall overview is maintained at all timesEnsure that all vessels crew are fully fit in terms of crewing requirement to be able to trade as per minimum safe manning requirementsEnsure that vessels are manned in accordance with aforementioned regulationsEnsure that all sea staff meets all flag state and ISM regulations with regards to certificationEnsure the crew related expenses including vitalizing, crew welfares are looked afterProvide necessary assistance to crewing department with follow up information as requiredLiaise with the interested parties on the repatriation of shipboard crew members and the preparation of the necessary documents and arrangements for such purposeEnsure that the HSE requirements are observed in the execution of all activitiesQualificationsDiploma post-SecondaryMinimum 3 years of relevant experienceCommunicate clearly and succinctly orally and in writing. Adapt oral and written communication style to the audience.Strong in direct communication to convey and explain difficult situations.#J-18808-Ljbffr
