Job Description

We are looking for aFemale Customer Service Representativewho is customer-focused and proactive, withmandatory Arabic language proficiency, to manage customer interactions and ensure a high-quality service experience. The role involves handling inquiries, follow-ups, and customer feedback through phone, WhatsApp, and digital communication channels.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries professionally via phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.Provide accurate information related to services, registration, verification, and order processes.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close pending issues.Maintain and update customer records, feedback, and interaction details in the system.Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Technical Support) for issue resolution.Support customer satisfaction initiatives, feedback collection, and follow-up campaigns.Deliver a polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented customer experience.SkillsFemale candidates onlyArabic language proficiency (spoken and written) – MandatoryGood command ofEnglishMust have own valid UAE resident visa (husband, family, student, or freelance visa)Minimum1 year of experiencein customer service, call center, or support rolesStrong communication, listening, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work well within a teamFlexible and adaptable to business needs#J-18808-Ljbffr
