Concentrate on customer assistance, order handling, complaint handling and help the sales pressure wherever needed.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess orders being available in using fax, e-mail or telephone as well as for customers according to specific requirements, including bundling & consignment orders, at no cost distributions, returns etc.Monitor the complete distribution procedures (e.g. Circulation Facility and/or carrier).Set up special shipments on demand.Control and send invoices.File purchasing documents and related documents.Deal with service complaints from customers and/or sales agents.React to questions from sales representatives, pharmacologists, registered nurses and/or doctors regarding orders, distributions, item schedule etc.Take care of backorders.Job SectorCustomer Support#J-18808-Ljbffr
