We are currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist with Coffee Experience in United Arab Emirates.We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Success Specialist to lead and elevate the global customer experience function. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and operational efficiency while working in a dynamic, fast‑paced e‑commerce environment. You will oversee the full customer journey, from onboarding and support to post‑sales follow‑up, ensuring clients receive exceptional service and guidance.
