Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions (calls, WhatsApp, email).Support customers with post-purchase inquiries such as service appointments, warranties, and vehicle concerns.Promote and sell ancillaries to customers based on their vehicle needs.Coordinate with internal teams (Operation, Sales, Supply, workshop, logistics, finance) to resolve customer cases.Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.Identify customer pain points and escrow complex cases when needed.Support initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction (CSAT/NPS).Ensure compliance with company processes and service standards.Skills and Qualifications:2–3 years of experience in customer service, call center, aftersales, or sales roles.Experience in upselling or selling is highly preferred.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and drive sales.Ability to manage multiple customer cases and follow up effectively.Automotive industry experience is a plus.English and Arabic.Do you want to be part of this story?Apply now!#J-18808-Ljbffr
