<div><h3>Customer Support&Technical Support Specialist</h3><p>We're looking for a<b>Customer Support&Technical Support Specialist</b>to act as the first point of contact for our clients. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing first-level technical support, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and a high-quality customer experience.</p><p>The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technical products and enterprise clients.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Handle client inquiries and support requests via email, phone, and Jira.</li><li>Provide first-level troubleshooting for platform, data, and configuration issues.</li><li>Collect required information and context before escalating issues to internal teams.</li><li>Escalate complex or unresolved issues to engineering or operations teams when needed.</li><li>Track, follow up, and communicate issue progress and resolution status to clients.</li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of support cases and resolutions.</li><li>Ensure professional, clear, and timely communication with clients at all times.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li><b>Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory</b>, as support is provided via email, phone calls, and Jira.</li><li>1–2 years of experience in customer support or technical support roles.</li><li>Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and first-level troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Experience working with ticketing systems (Jira or similar).</li><li>Ability to manage multiple support requests and prioritize effectively.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
