We partner with major brands to protect revenues and brand reputations.</p><p>Immersive was founded in 2017 and has grown to over 300 employees globally, with funding of more than $180 million and multiple Best Place to Work recognitions.</p><h3>Cyber Resilience Advisor - Dubai, UAE</h3><p>We’re looking for a cybersecurity consultant to join our growing Customer Success team as a Cyber Resilience Advisor in the UAE. You will partner with key customers to drive business outcomes, maximize the value of the Immersive One Platform, and execute a programmatic approach to Cyber Workforce Resilience. This role is embedded and dedicated to the customer for the duration of the contract, focusing on helping clients become more cyber resilient.</p><p>You will be a trusted, long-term embedded consultant with knowledge in all areas of cyber. The customer will look to you for answers, and you must be agile with on-the-spot thinking. You will interact with all customer areas, from the C-Suite to the teams and individuals that comprise the customer’s organization.</p><p>For the right candidate, relocation from the United Kingdom to the United Arab Emirates may be considered.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Partner with key customers to understand and help achieve their business objectives, cybersecurity initiatives, and desired outcomes</li><li>Establish strategies and roadmaps to drive cyber workforce resilience through a programmatic approach</li><li>Engage C-level executives, technical cybersecurity professionals, and major lines of business by delivering routine Executive Business Reviews</li><li>Leverage cybersecurity knowledge to recommend improvements to current programs and suggest new programs</li><li>Drive adoption to maximize the value of the Immersive Labs Platform</li><li>Stay engaged with the cybersecurity community to remain informed of evolving threats, trends, and new technologies</li><li>Collaborate with product, content, and engineering teams to represent the voice of the customer and influence product innovation</li></ul><h3>Program Management</h3><ul><li>Support customers in operationalizing and integrating Immersive Labs into their cybersecurity programs sustainably, using platform metrics, custom reports, and insights</li><li>Function as escalation point and primary liaison between sales, product leadership and client accounts; serve as the first sales team resource for service delivery questions</li><li>Assist in delivering Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with the Customer Success Manager to provide executive-level reports and insights that drive long-term account health and expansion opportunities</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5+ years of information security practitioner or consulting experience and time in a Customer Success or similar role</li><li>Extensive client-facing experience presenting to both C-level executives and technical stakeholders</li><li>Proficiency in IT fundamentals (hardware/software, databases, networking, security, software development)</li><li>Strong knowledge of information security concepts, domains, compliances, and standards; ability to articulate value and discuss technical concepts clearly</li><li>Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments, security tools (IDS, firewalls, anti-malware, SIEM), and public cloud environments</li><li>Experience leading technical presentations for diverse audiences</li><li>Bachelor’s degree (Cyber Security or Computer Science) is desirable</li></ul><h3>Role and Values</h3><ul><li>Immersive’s growth is guided by our values: Driven, Inclusive, Customer Centric, One Team</li></ul><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Benefits allowance to use towards pension, healthcare, and housing</li><li>Time off, flexible and remote working options; 25 days annual leave, 2 volunteering days, and a birthday half day</li><li>Enhanced parental leave, mindfulness groups, and critical illness cover</li><li>Career development through the platform and Learn Anything fund</li><li>Share in company success with share options, incentives, and Recognition&Rewards</li><li>Flexible working options and remote-friendly arrangements</li><li>Monthly socials and clubs; annual in-person meetings at the EMEA HQ</li></ul><p>Find out more about life at Immersive Labs at https://careers.immersivelabs.com</p><p>Cyber threats wait for no one and neither should you.
