Job Description

Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Techno‑Functional Consultant – ProcurementJob Type: ContractLocation: Dubai (Onsite)Role Summary:The D365 Finance & Operations Techno‑Functional Consultant will lead the assessment, redesign, and implementation of procurement, trade agreement, landed cost, intercompany, and voyage costing processes in a multi‑legal‑entity environment. The primary objective of the role is to ensure complete cost capture beyond base purchase price and achieve accurate inventory valuation and COGS across entities. The role also includes governance responsibilities covering Segregation of Duties (SOD), Delegation of Authority (DOA), workflow controls, and access management.Responsibilities:Solution Assessment & DesignConduct end‑to‑end process reviews for local and import procurement, trade agreements, landed cost, and intercompany SO/PO processes.Identify root causes of incorrect inventory valuation and COGS.Prepare To‑Be solution designs and a phased remediation roadmap.Landed Cost OptimisationRedesign and operationalise the D365 Landed Cost module including voyages, shipments, cost types, allocations, accruals, and settlements.Ensure freight, duty, insurance, clearance, and handling costs are captured and capitalized correctly.Implement reconciliation controls between expected and actual landed costs.Trade Agreement & Pricing GovernanceResolve pricing inconsistencies caused by overlapping or incorrectly prioritized trade agreements.Implement maker‑checker workflows and audit reporting for price changes.Restrict access to trade agreement maintenance roles in line with SOD principles.Procurement & AP ControlsReview and correct 3‑way matching, invoice tolerance, and posting profile issues impacting valuation.Implement approval workflows based on DOA thresholds for POs and vendor invoices.Intercompany Process StabilizationReview intercompany SO/PO automation, pricing, and settlement across legal entities.Ensure intercompany costs and margins are correctly reflected in inventory and COGS.Governance – SOD / DOA / AccessReview and remediate role design, access controls, and privileged permissions.Ensure workflows enforce maker‑checker and DOA requirements.Deliverables:Assessment and remediation blueprint.Implemented landed cost and intercompany costing model.Workflow and governance framework.SOPs and training materials.Required Qualifications & Skills:10+ years of D365 F&O techno‑functional experience.Strong expertise in procurement, landed cost, trade agreements, and intercompany.Strong understanding of inventory valuation and COGS.Strong Domain experience required on Procurement, Trade Management, and Inventory Costing.#J-18808-Ljbffr
