Dairy Farm Tractor Operator

OverviewApt Resources is seeking a dedicated Tractor Operator for a busy Dairy Farm in Abu Dhabi. You will operate and maintain crucial agricultural machinery, primarily tractors, and support essential farming tasks that are diverse and require a combination of technical knowledge, physical labor, and an understanding of farm management practices. Your role is vital to enhancing the farm's productivity and upholding quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive tractors and other farm machinery to carry out essential agricultural tasks on the farm.Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops used for dairy production.Move feed, tools, equipment, and other products around the farm as needed to support daily operations.Conduct regular checks on tractors and machinery, reporting any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.Follow established safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and properly stored to ensure smooth operations and safety.Work collaboratively with farm staff to ensure efficient operations.QualificationsPrevious experience operating tractors or agricultural machinery.Knowledge of dairy farming operations is an advantage.Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.Good communication and teamwork skills.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.CompensationSalary package is AED 2,400 plus accommodation and food.#J-18808-Ljbffr
